How are packages shipped? 

Items are shipped through USPS First Class Mail. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. 

When will I receive my package? 

After your item has been shipped (1-3 days), delivery will take an additional 1-4 days. However, as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive. 

What happens if I type the wrong address after placing my order? 

Please email us the correct address at klizshop.handmade@gmail.com or send us a message on instagram @klizshop as soon as you notice the mistake. We will fix the address if the package has not been shipped yet. Please always try to always double check your address before submitting your payment!

What happens if my package is stolen/damaged/does not arrive? 

Unfortunately, we have zero control about what happens to your package after it is handed to USPS. Shipping is an additional service you purchase from USPS along with your earrings/bracelets. Because we are a small business, we do not have the capacity to replace items because of errors made by the shipping carrier such as damaged, lost, or delayed packages. All items receive a tracking number, so we recommend to always keep an eye on it. Please contact USPS directly if you experience any problems. 

I live near you, can I pick up my order instead? 

Yes! You will be asked to put your address, but on the shipping option, select "customer pickup." Also, be sure to put your phone number either on the contact information or on the notes section, so we can arrange the contactless pickup. 

Do you accept refunds or exchanges? 

For hygiene purposes, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds or exchanges. 

Does Klizshop ship outside of the United States? 

Currently our site only allows orders to be made from the United States. If you wish to place an order and live anywhere else in the world, please send me a message on any of our social media pages. I will open up shipping to other countries by request and discuss shipping prices with you! Also note that any customs charges will be the responsibility of the costumer. 

Special occasion purchases.

If you are purchasing items for a birthday, graduation, or any other special occasion, please leave me a note in the notes section at checkout. Jewelry pieces come in small boxes, and I am able to decorate those boxes if you wish for the occasion at no additional cost. I will also not address the thank you note to the buyer to leave you space to write your own note.
